The rotating wheel is arranged in the casing, the wire jump preventing protecting pieces are arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the casing, the casing and the wire jump preventing protecting pieces are integrally fixed through the fixing parts, the bearing is arranged at the center of the rotating wheel, and the rotating wheel and the wire jump preventing protecting pieces are made of silicon carbide.
