The coil winding magnetic tensioner can be used for tension control during the winding process of various wires such as enameled wire, nylon wire, metal wire etc. It can be used to produce coils ,transformer ,stator , motor ,and some other products when specifically matching with the winding machine.

Features
1. The quality of the magnetic tensioner is determined by the two key components of the magnet and the bearing. Magnets: Generally speaking, the more magnet pairs you use, the higher your accuracy. Dry Wo uses up to 16 pairs of high-strength permanent magnets. Then the damping is generated by the change of the magnetic field and the change of the torque. It also has no mechanical friction, so it can generate long-term and stable tension. On the other hand, we have adopted high-strength magnets to make the tensioning range of the tensioner wider and wider application range. *Bearing: Qianhe adopts NMB high-quality bearings, with low resistance and long service life.

3. Each set of products must undergo strict inspection before leaving the factory to ensure the absolute accuracy of the tension scale and the tension value is uniform. 4. When the winding machine is working normally, the tension should be synchronized with the back tension.
